Each class has a skill level associated with it. These skill levels indicate the MINIMUM amount of knowledge and skill required to complete a particular project.

REGISTRATION
You may register by phone. However, you have one week to bring or mail in your payment in order to confirm your place. You can also call to pay with a credit card number. Please include a SASE if mailing a check. Do not send payment without pre-registering.

No class fee will be transferred, credited or refunded later than one week prior to the start of class unless we find someone to take your place in class. We make class size commitments to our teachers by that time. While we recognize that situations beyond your control may occur, please do not ask us to make exceptions.
In the event that there are less than three students in a class, the class may be cancelled with your class fee being credited or refunded. Please be aware of this policy prior to purchasing your supplies for class. Thank you

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Class sessions scheduled during the winter season may be impacted by severe weather conditions and may require rescheduling. As we are mindful that all of you have other activities planned, our policy is to keep the class at its original time and date if at all possible. However, if the class must be rescheduled due to the weather, we will make every attempt to contact all registered students in that class two hours prior to the start of the class. Please be sure that the telephone number you provided at the time of registration is the best number to enable us to reach you in the event there are any changes. A decision to cancel and reschedule a class will be made jointly between the class instructor and the shop.

Thank you for your understanding.
